Once you’ve received your tracking number-
UK - Royal Mail 2nd class- 1-7 days
Royal Mail 1st class- 1- 3 days
International can take up to 1-5 weeks
Delays are out of control/ International custom fee may sometimes apply when arrived in country which we don’t pay for.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will vary according to the weight/ destination of your parcel.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. After 14 days nothing can be changed.
• Courier disputes - please contact your local courier if you have a dispute with your parcel
• Incorrect addresses- If you have listed the incorrect address or there has been attempted delivery, you will need to contact the local facility, if any packages are returned back to myself by the courier then a delivery fee will be charged again if you’d like this shipped out again. Address corrections must be emailed over before dispatch.

Exchanges- Return fees are at your own costs due to the costs of sending a replacement/item out..
Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Items that are lost during delivery will be refunded.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products/paintings. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Customer Tips are non refundable, service & shipping are only refunded.
